Mike Barton
Lifetime Multisport Athlete, Health and Fitness Professional for past 24 years.
Mike immigrated from Zimbabwe in 2002, and immediately followed his passion for Health & Fitness by establishing Perth’s first dedicated Indoor Cycling Studio in Fremantle (Studio Cycle-Freo)
In 2008, he longed for the Outdoors and founded bF!T Train, Functional Group and Personal Training.
In 2020, Regenerate Retreats was established. There was a clear need for Global Wellness, hence it made sense to be the next stage of his career.
As a Master Trainer, Mike has trained thousands of clients and certified hundreds of Fitness Trainers. Based in Fremantle, he now specialises in coaching Functional Strength and conditioning, rehabilitation of endurance athletes and he is still a current Group Indoor cycling coach; his original passion.
Most challenging physical event: Munda Biddi in 2020 – Solo 13 Days.
Most memorable Race: Busselton Half Ironman Triathlon 2005 placed in Top 20. Most “terrifying event”: “The Doctor” 27km Ocean Paddle. Coaching fame: Fremantle Dockers (AFL) 2006
Passionate Interests: Being in Nature, Wildlife, Photography, Functional Nutrition, Human Movement (Mobility) Mountain Biking, Travel, Stand Up Paddling.
Ali McNicol
Ali started her Yogic journey 30+ years ago and went to India to become a teacher. The yoga classes Ali offers range between Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, then add to the mix her Metaphysical Science degree and being an Energy Healing Master, you’re in good hands when in need of anything mentally, physically and spiritually nurturing.
More recently studying Ayurvedic Medicine, so you can expect to find out all about your initial make-up and how you can return to your homeostatic self.
Charlie Grey
Charlie has been teaching yoga for over 23 years, offering a variety of classes to suit everyone. From gentle stretching to more active movement and traditional poses.
She is passionate about tailoring yoga to make it accessible for everyone and every body type.
Certified with Beacon Yoga Ashram in WA. Fully insured and accredited.
